LeadMethod, a Bend-based software company, is looking to build its local development team. The startup specializes in lead management software. LeadMethod launched its newest product in January, and has already seen some significant growth.

“It’s time to take this to the next level, and to do that we need more development resources,” says Justin Johnson*, LeadMethod’s founder and CEO. LeadMethod’s cloud-based software helps clients who use outside sales teams manage and analyze their sales pipeline and performance.

The company is on the hunt for developers experienced in Java and MongoDB. To spur referrals, the company is offering $1,500 to anyone who recommends a developer candidate that gets hired.

“The market is really competitive right now and we want to encourage people to think of who they may know in their networks,” Johnson says. “We have a strong growth trajectory and this person will be part of a big opportunity.”

Here’s the job description.
