LeadMethod is a fast growing Bend, ORE based software company. We are currently seeking curious, energetic, and entrepreneurial Business Development Associate to help drive our growth and work in cooperation with our senior management and account executives to qualify and prospect sales opportunities.
The Business Development Associate will conduct conversations with our clients about their experience with our software and facilitate referrals to other similar businesses. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team. Success for this role means conducting 60-70 calls per day to build strong relationships with our existing clients.
What you will do:
- Work efficiently and smart to connect with our client base of more than 5,000 companies to build a relationship
- Generate qualified sales opportunities by phone and email
- Work with account executives to prospect and close deals
- Report on prospecting performance and identifying potential optimizations
What you have:
- A desire to learn and succeed in tech business development
- 0-2 years sales or business development experience
- The ability to write succinct, crisp emails and have a great phone manner
- Experience using a CRM system to manage and track activities a plus
